Villas Primer Amor is a Tulum community of 14 individually owned townhomes on the south end of Tulum, near Holistika and La Veleta neighborhoods. With mostly full-time owners and long term renters, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful.  There are a few select units and times when townhomes and lofts are available for vacation rentals.
